prescriptions are shipped via mail (Deutsche Post PRIO Brief) and should arrive where your regular mail arrives, i.e. the mailbox.

We will of course help you and, depending on the case, take care of a replacement delivery. Depending on the reason for the shipping problems, we may need some help from you.
