prescriptions are shipped via mail (Deutsche Post PRIO Brief) and should arrive where your regular mail arrives, i.e. the mailbox.
Reasons for delivery and delivery difficulties could include the following
- Recipient: unknown (typo in name, address, transposed house number, move, house not found, etc.)
- No name or not (yet) the correct name on the doorbell and mailbox
- The package was lost or damaged, the package was left in front of the door or the package was delivered but cannot be found.
Please contact our support as soon as there are any problems with delivery. Then we can make sure you get a replacement. My products are defective, what can I do ?
